Customer Service Hosts

On ftrmetro you’ll no longer buy tickets and passes from a driver. Instead, you’ll be assisted by Customer Service Hosts who’ll travel on each vehicle. Buying your tickets from a Customer Service Host will help to speed up boarding times and make sure that your ftrmetro isn’t delayed. Our Customer Service Hosts will be fully briefed about special events and attractions in the Swansea area and will be pleased to help visitors find their way around the City.

We need people who are smart, pleasant, well mannered individuals preferably with previous Customer Care experience to join our team of Customer Service Hosts on ftrmetro

You should:
• Like meeting people.
• Have a pleasant and friendly personality.
• Work well as an individual yet be effective within a small team.
