As well as using state-of-the-art, stylish and comfortable vehicles ftrmetro will feature extensive priority measures along the route. These measures will ensure a fast and frequent service to get you to your destination without delay.
Stage 2 of the ftrmetro works scheme commenced in July 2007. The construction works will see the ftrmetro track extended from The Kingsway along Dillwyn Street/ Westway to County Hall. This work involves extensive traffic management and will be carried out in two phases.
The first phase from The Kingsway to Oystermouth road is due for completion by mid November 2007 when work will stop for the Christmas period and January sales.
The second phase along side Oystermouth road to County Hall will commence in January 2008 and is programmed for completion in April 2008.
